Snooker: Excellent performance from Andy Facey

AN excellent performance from Andy Facey against Neil Willmington in the Chard derby added four valuable bonus points to Chard Casuals tally in a 9-3 win in teh Seaton and District Snooker League.

Dave Bennett of Chard IZZA 147 continued his early run of good form by taking a bonus frame off of Bob Shave to lessen the defeat.

Honiton WMC’s captain Ray Selway picked up a couple of bonus points for his team in a 5-3 win against Colyton Excons while Honiton Wonderers had a convincing clean sweep against Colyton Feds, Ben Pike making a 39 break.

Results: Colyton Excons 3, Honiton WMC 3+2; Honiton Wonderers 6, Colyton Feds 0; Chard Casuals 5+4, Chard IZZA 147 1+2.
