STREET won the toss and elected to bat, and were restricted to 169-8 off their 45 overs. All the Chard side contributed to keeping their score relatively low given the good weather and conditions, but the pick of the bowlers was Andrew Sochon who bowled his 13 overs for just 27 runs and one wicket. Steve Dening and Jon Dalwood took three wickets each.
