ROCK bottom Chard fell to another disappointing defeat on Saturday in Premier Two of the West of England Cricket League.
Having done well to dismiss Glastonbury for 111, they were then bowled out for just 86 to fall short of the target by 25 runs.
But there was better news for Ilminster in Premier One when they enjoyed a 53-run success over Taunton Deane.
Star of the show for Ilminster was opening batsman Louis Kraucamp who hit an excellent 101.
And there was good news as well in the Somerset Division of the WEPL when Ilton 1sts beaten Uphill Castle by two-wickets.
More cricket — turn inside.
