GREYHOUNDS, led by skip Ron Genge, extended their lead at the top of the Milford and Dormor Mixed Triples league by two points thanks to a 16-6 defeat of Merriott Canaries.
East Coker bounced back from their recent defeat by Greyhounds to beat Chard Harlequins 15-14. The Magpies, skipped by Dave Hall, jumped from fourth place to second thanks to an 11-6 defeat of Hurricanes in a match which was much closer than the scoreline suggests.
