TWO people were taken to hospital after their car ended up on its roof.
Fire and ambulance crews were called to the single vehicle crash on the A303 eastbound between Southfields and South Petherton at 2.49 am this morning (April 5).
One fire engine from Ilminster, two from Chard and the rescue tender from Taunton were called to the crash, and released one male and one female from the car using hydraulic road rescue equipment.
Both were taken to hospital, it is not known how serious their injuries were.
