ASPIRING Gordon Ramsey's and Jamie Oliver's will have the chance to polish their skills with monthly bread making courses at the Magdalen Project near Chard.

The Magdalen Project has teamed up with the Town Mill Bakery in Lyme Regis to hold advanced bread-making courses, which will start on Monday November 19.

Aidan Chapman, master baker at the bakery, will lead small classes through a variety of bread-making skills and different recipes, using a range of flours and carefully selected fresh, local ingredients.

He said: "Working with The Magdalen Project fits hand-in-hand with our own ethics.

"The Project's farmland is used to grow much of its own food, and is managed organically, whilst the surrounding land is cared for using sustainable and ecological methods.

"We are delighted to be working alongside the team at Magdalen and together, look forward to welcoming people to the new courses."

The Course runs from 10am-4pm and is £62.

Advance courses and classes for beginners are also available.
