OFFICERS from Chard, Crewkerne, Ilminster and South Petherton “have hit the ground running” with Neighbourhood Policing Week.
They have arrested an individual who was wanted on a warrant.
The individual was taken straight to Yeovil Court where they were dealt with for their offences.
They had a meeting with his counterpart from Beaminster Neighbourhood Team to discuss any cross-border issues.
They also carried out reassurance patrols in known ASB hotspots.
After Storm Isha, officers also carried out reassurance patrols in the rural areas.
