Pupil rings 999 asking police for lift after missing the school bus
A SCHOOL pupil who had missed their bus rang 999 to ask if the police could give them a lift to school.
The Avon and Somerset Police call handler told the caller in no uncertain terms "Absolutely not!"
Lisa Police Operator tweeted the story earlier today (Wednesday).
