MAY I through your publication express my thanks and appreciation of A Kiss Card From Walter, which I saw performed by the CLOKS theatre Group in the Guildhall at Chard on Wednesday evening.
All involved, including the Chard concert Brass Band, should be extremely proud of such a professional performance. More importantly was the obvious commitment by the performers who were visibly moved by the stories they were telling.
Whilst we have young people like these who show such commitment to remembering and never forgetting those who gave their lives in the Great War then we can look forward to their valued contribution in building a bright and peaceful future.
