THE weekend weather is looking mostly sunny, with some showers set for Saturday.
In their forecast for tomorrow, Met Office said: "Sunny spells and scattered showers, wintry at times, with showers most frequent across western areas and windward coasts.
"Feeling cold with strong northerly winds and a significant wind chill."
The maximum temperature is due to reach 7°C.
As for the rest of the weekend going into the start of next week, we are expecting "showery rain easing to leave a largely dry but cold day on Sunday with frost and ice. Less cold thereafter with rainbands pushing down from the northwest and staying windy."
