The Wurzels re-master hit in a bid to improve farm safety
MUSIC legends The Wurzels have relaunched their hit song Combine Harvester in a bid to improve farm safety.
Farming remains the UK’s most dangerous occupation with 27 people killed in accidents in the year to April 2014.
The Somerset group have rewritten the lyrics to the original 1974 hit and made a video with students from Moreton Morrell College.
Wurzel Peter Budd said: “We’ve always had a big following from young farmers so we are horrified that there are so many accidents taking lives.”
