FERNE Animal Sanctuary’s annual Animal Christmas Blessing and festive service is on Wednesday, December 3, at 6.30pm.
The Rev Geoffrey Walsh, of Membury Parish Church, will be taking the service, held at the barn at the sanctuary.
Children from Chard Local Kids Society for Music and Drama (CLOKS) will sing carols to add to the magical atmosphere.
Mulled wine and mince pies will be available on the night, as well as a raffle – Ferne is asking for people to give prizes.
Tickets are now on sale priced £3 adults and free for children under 16.
They should be purchased in advance from the sanctuary by calling 01460-65214 or the Chard Charity Shop in Fore Street on 01460-261000.
