THE family of Cheddar man James Hewlett have today paid tribute to the 24-year-old.

They said: "Jim was such a loving and fun son, brother, nephew, cousin and friend.

"His love of life meant that he lived his 24 years to the maximum, but was also so caring and wise beyond his years.

"We have been overwhelmed by the number of people whose lives he touched wherever he went. So many moving and funny stories that people have shared with us have meant so much.

"His life was so full of promise. We only wish that we could have had more time with him to watch him fulfil more of his dreams and ambitions.

"With love from Mum, Dad, Laura and Corinne."
