GARDENERS in South Petherton have been celebrating after their hard work earned them their 21st Gold award at the Chelsea Flower Show.
The show, organised by the Royal Horticultural Society, was held last week and saw Avon Bulbs of South Petherton receiving a top award in the ‘floral marquee’ category.
The mail order company owned by Chris and Caroline Ireland-Jones were pleased to receive their 17th consecutive gold award and now have a total of 21.
Caroline said: “We are really thrilled to have received this award, our hard work has paid off.
“It’s down to great team and lots of hard work throughout the year.”
