FIREFIGHTERS were called to rescue a boy stuck on a roof earlier this morning (Saturday).
Police also attended the incident in Hillside, Chard, at around 7.20am.
A Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said: "We received a call from police asking for our assistance to a boy that had climbed out of a window and onto a roof at a property on Hillside.
"On arrival crews confirmed the boy was stuck and rescued him using a triple extension ladder.
"Duty of care was left with the parents and the police."
