TWO men who attempted to rob an ATM at a service station on Merriott made off with two computers.
The burglary happened at the Texaco service station on Broadway in Merriott at around 3.40am on Saturday, October 15.
The two men forced entry into the service station and attacked an ATM with what is believed to be a circular saw before being disturbed.
They then made off from the scene with two computers in a dark coloured car, possibly a BMW.
A spokesperson for Avon and Somerset Police said: "We’re keen to speak to cyclist who rode past the service station at the time the incident was taking place in addition to anyone who may have seen anything suspicious.
"Anyone with information is asked to contact PC Marc Walker via the police enquiry number 101, providing the call handler with the reference 5216229564."
