Your Letters: Potholes pledge should be honoured
I AND many more of the electorate wonder when county councillor Linda Vijeh will adhere to her promise made in her election leaflet for the 2012 election: “I will ensure that potholes will be repaired correctly.”
Maybe she should have given the electorate a cast iron guarantee – in much the same manner as her party leader on a referendum.
The potholes on the roundabouts at RiecSur-Belon Way/Station Road and Canal Way/Adams Meadow continue to grow, not forgetting Station Road/High Street/West Street/The Butts, plus all the other areas.
When will you keep to your promises Ms Vijeh? Or do you not recall making the promise? Is this another Conservative promise which goes out of the window after the election?
