Phoenix Panthers runners at Bridgwater Half Marathon
FIVE members of Phoenix Panthers Running Club in Chard took part in the Bridgwater Half-Marathon on Sunday.
Three of the members were doing their first half-marathon and some have only been running since Easter.
Coach Jackie Wiggins said: “I am one very proud coach. All of their training and putting into practice all the techniques they have learnt has got them to the start line.
“They, along with me, are so proud of their fantastic achievement.”
