GREEN Caroline Tragically passed away in Ilminster aged 43 years, a much loved daughter, sister, auntie and friend who will be sadly missed. Funeral service will take place on Wednesday 23rd August 2017 at 2.30 at Taunton Deane Crematorium. Family flowers only please, donations if desired for Rowan Ward, Summerlands Hospital.
