CHARD Town entertain Brislington at Zembard Lane on Saturday in the Toolstation Western League Premier Division.
Following the midweek victory over Dawlish Town last week, Chard fell to a disappointing 2-0 defeat at Devizes Town which saw Mark Scott and Paul Nicholls both sent-off for the Robins. It is likely that Scott will be banned for three games and Nicholls, his second red card of the season, could miss up to seven games.
But Chard have announced that the highly-regarded Steve Devlin has returned to the club.
Devlin, who was such an important player in Chard's promotion success last term, has been playing for Wincanton in local football this term.
But Chard boss Stu Parris said: "It's great to have him back and he will be a great asset for the squad."
Saturday's game is being sponsored by Whites Fish and Chip Shop.
