A variety of events are set to take place across South Somerset this week.
This includes various musical and theatrical performances, a spiritual fair, and a football match which will purposely kick-off slightly later than planned.
Four Hands, One Piano - Ragtime Meets Boogie
International blues and boogie woogie star Julian Phillips is set to join ragtime pianist Mike Denham at Ilminster Arts Centre.
The duo will be performing at the Meeting House on Friday, November 14, from 7.30pm to 10pm.
Audiences can expect a night of intriguing solos and duets from both acclaimed musicians, showcasing the styles that shaped 20th-century music.
Mr Phillips is known for his authentic performances and wide repertoire, while Mr Denham is celebrated for his mastery of Joplin rags and early jazz piano.

Flook
Flook will celebrate 30 years in 2025 with a performance at The David Hall this weekend.
The Anglo-Irish group, known for their unique sound and musical innovation, will perform on Friday, November 14, from 8pm to 10.30pm.
Since their formation in 1995, Flook have released several albums, with a new record, Sanju, released earlier this year.
The band consists of Brian Finnegan, Sarah Allen, Ed Boyd, and John Joe Kelly.

Pagan & Spiritual Fair
A pagan and spiritual fair is set to be held at Chard Guildhall.
Taking place on Saturday, November 15, the event will run from 11am to 4pm.
It will offer visitors a range of experiences and products, including healers and readers.
A café will be serving lunches, treats, and drinks.
The fair will also feature boho clothing, crystals, witchcraft and altar tools, and spiritual tools.
Seasonal gifts will also be available, and entry is free.
Yeovil Town vs Southend United – 3UP Day
Yeovil Town's fixture against Southend United at Huish Park this weekend will begin at 3.03pm.
This forms part of the National League's 3UP Day of Action, which calls for three promotion places into the English Football League.
The campaign follows the EFL Board's continued refusal to formally consult its 72 member clubs on the proposal.
On Saturday, 15 November, all 24 National League fixtures will begin at 3.03pm, symbolising unity across the football family.

James Bond Concert Spectacular
A James Bond tribute concert will be held in Yeovil this weekend.
The James Bond Concert Spectacular, performed by Q The Music, is set for November 16 at Westlands Ballroom.
The show features music from the films, including chase music and incidental cues.
Caroline Bliss, who played Moneypenny in The Living Daylights and Licence to Kill, will compere the event, sharing anecdotes from her time in the franchise.
The tribute act has received praise from Bond composer David Arnold and former 007 actor George Lazenby.

Terra Nova
A play dramatising Captain Robert Scott's 1911 South Pole expedition is set to open at Yeovil’s Swan Theatre.
Titled Terra Nova, the play is by Ted Tally and will be performed from Monday, November 17 to Saturday, November 22.

The play explores Captain Scott’s journey using dream states and flashbacks.
It depicts events such as a presentation to the Royal Geographical Society, and his relationship with his wife, Kathleen.
The narrative also includes imagined conversations with Roald Amundsen, the Norwegian who won the race to the pole.
