Perry Street Leagues Premier Division: Halstock 1-5 Chard United
CHARD United were dominant in their match at the weekend in the Perry Street and District Leagues Premier Division.
Away from home, they defeated Halstock five goals to one and it could have been more if it weren't for some good saves.
The result takes them to fourth place in the league table and one of the form teams of the competition.
In the match, Jamie Brown scored a hattrick while Owen Ford picked up a double as the United front line created chances at will.
Up next for Chard United is a home match against Forton Rangers on Saturday, November 18, kick off is 2.30pm.
Elsewhere in the Perry Street Premier Division, Misterton defeated Shepton Beauchamp 3-0 at home.
And for those teams in the Somerset Junior Cup, Barrington won 3-2 against Imperial Reserves, South Petherton defeated North Petherton 6-4, Wagtail Athletic won 3-2 against Forton Rangers and Weston Town knocked out Perry Street & Yonder Hill 2-1.
