CHARD Town FC is in preparation for the forthcoming season in the Uhlsport Somerset County League, hoping it will be a full one this time - the last two seasons having been voided due to Covid-19.
The Robins are celebrating their centenary year in 2021, and several events have been planned.
A new strip has been released for all three teams, and the club is looking for sponsors for the 1st XI and the Reserves.
The Under-18s kit has been sponsored by www.sanddservices.co.uk.
Pre-season training is scheduled to start on Tuesday, July 6, and pre-season games are to start on Thursday, July 15.
The full fixture list for those friendly matches will be released on the club’s social media sites once confirmed, and new players are always welcome at training.
The club AGM will be on Tuesday, June 29 (7pm start), and anyone who would like to volunteer to help in any way or just show an interest in the club would be welcomed.
