CHARD Town start a run of five successive home Somerset Premier League games on Saturday, when they entertain fellow strugglers Stockwood Wanderers (ko 3pm).
For Chard, who have not played at Zembard Lane since October 19, this is a crucial spell which could be season defining.
Next Wednesday (January 15), Chard are at home to Westfield in the league (7.30pm).
ILMINSTER Town's first team are without a fixture on Saturday but the reserves are at home to Halstock in the Perry Street League Premier Division.
COMBE St Nicholas, fourth in the Somerset County League Division 3, go to 14th-placed Clevedon United Reserves on Saturday.
