CHARD Town have two Toolstation Western League Division 1 matches coming up in the coming days.

On Saturday, they entertain Calne Town with revenge on their mind (ko 3pm).

Then, next Tuesday, they visit much-improved Portishead (ko 7.30pm).

Chard, currently seventh in the league, have played sixth-placed Calne twice and been beaten, both times in October.

Calne won 1-0 in the league on their ground and 2-1 at Zembard Lane in the Les Phillips Cup.

James Boyland and Joe Smith are ruled out with injury while Ryan Parris and Sam Smith are both unavailable, although both should be back for Tuesday.

Chard Under-18s visit Wellington on Tuesday in their final Somerset Floodlight Youth League (South) game (ko 7.30pm).

In-form Ilminster Town head to Clutton in Division 1 of the Somerset County League.

Clutton sit fourth from bottom - a false position as seven points were taken away due to fielding an ineligible player.

In Division 3, Combe St Nicholas - who have also had an upturn in fortunes of late - travel to Hutton.
