CHARD Town will be looking to complete a league double when table-topping Cheddar are in town on Saturday (ko 3pm).

In the reverse fixture in August, Chard won 3-2, with the help of a brace from James Boyland – making them the only side to win at Cheddar in the league this season.

The Robins have struggled of late, however, and have lost seven on the bounce going into this weekend.

Although goalkeeper Scott Wells-Burr and midfielders Matt Howell and Nathan Warren are all set to return, James Boyland is likely to be out for several weeks following a hospital operation.

Left-back Ollie Pearson will be serving a one-match ban, following his sending-off last Saturday.

Chard Under-18s are due to visit Frome Town next Wednesday (March 20).

Ilminster Town, who saw last weekend's match called off due to a waterlogged pitch, are hoping to return to action at home to Westfield in the Somerset County League Premier Division on Saturday (3pm).

The Blues are eighth, while Westfield slipped into the bottom three after a 2-0 defeat at Worle last weekend.

Town manager Andy Dyke will have some tough decisions to make as he has a full squad to pick from.

In Division 3, Combe St Nicholas host Yatton & Cleeve United Reserves.

On Sunday, Ilminster Town Ladies welcome Marine Academy Plymouth in the South West Women's Premier Division (2pm), while Town's reserves host Ash Rangers in the Dawn Prior Memorial Trophy (1.30pm).
