WORK to install floodlights at the Cooper Associates County Ground is due to be completed next week.
Two of the five lights are currently in place and, by next Friday, will be joined by the remaining three.
The project was hit by a delay after a lorry carrying parts of the lights was involved in a road crash, damaging the parts inside.
There has also been a slight alteration to the car parking closures at the ground, which are as follows.
- Tuesday, February 26: No public parking available
- Thursday, February 28: No public parking available
- Friday, March 1: Priory Bridge Road car park closed. St James Street car park open.
Testing is then set to begin in March, with the start of the domestic season just six weeks away.
