CHARD Town face near neighbours Bishops Lydeard on Boxing Day (3pm kick-off) and go into it rested after Saturday's Toolstation Western League First Division match with Wincanton Town was postponed.
The game at 14th-placed Wincanton was called off due to a waterlogged pitch, leaving the Robins in 13th place.
On Tuesday they host Lydeard at Zembard Lane; their opponents are 10th in the table, two points ahead of Chard, and lost 4-1 to Radstock Town on Saturday.
Following that match, the Robins are at home again on Saturday, December 30, when Malmesbury Victoria are the visitors (ko 3pm).
Ilminster Town were without a scheduled fixture on Saturday; their next match is on December 30, at home to Bridgwater Town Reserves (ko 2pm).
