MEMBERS of Ilminster and District Pigeon Club, part of the WECA Federation, sent 187 birds to Salisbury on May 5.
The winners were 1 P. Stoodley (velocity 1328), 2 B. Symes and J. Boyland (vel 1296), 3 B. Symes and J. Boyland (vel 1292), 4 J. Davis (vel 1275).
On May 12, four members sent 45 birds to Lessay, France. The winners were 1 C. Stone (vel 1374), 2 B. Symes and J. Boyland (vel 1371), 3 P. Stoodley (vel 1357), and 4 A. Rowe (vel 1315).
