A MOTORIST was clocked doing 129mph on a dual carriageway in Somerset.
Lewis Filbee, 22, of Royal Close, Yeovil, pleaded guilty to speeding on the A303 near Wincanton, which has a 70mph limit.
Filbee was banned from driving for 49 days for the offence on January 15 this year.
He was fined £161 and ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge with £90 costs.
Also caught travelling at over 100mph on the same road near Wincanton was Edward, Jeremy George Dart, 21, of Ermine Street, Yeovil.
He admitted driving at 108mph on February 22 this year.
He was banned from driving for 35 days, fined £225 and ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge with £90 costs.
