SOMERSET County Council has advertised a list of 11 major roadworks starting in the coming week.
They include.
MONDAY (August 23).
Eggwood Hill, Merriott: drainage works, 24 working days.
Puriton Hill to Glastonbury Road, Puriton: junction reconfiguration, 14 working days.
Blagdon Hill Road, Pitminster: removal of 250 ash trees, nine working days.
Lower Street, Withycombe: connection to foul drain, five working days.
Nine Barrows Lane, Priddy: removal of ash trees, five working days.
Church Road, Fiddington: reattaching coping stones and patching, five working days.
School Hill and Long Lane, Cucklington: installation of barrier pipe, four working days.
WEDNESDAY (August 25).
Trull Road, Taunton: drainage works, four working days.
THURSDAY (August 26).
Lime Street, Nether Stowey: resurfacing scheme, three working days.
FRIDAY (August 27).
Cudworth Street, Cudworth: carriageway resurfacing, two working days.
