Oasis has confirmed that it will announce an upcoming tour next week.
It came during a drone light show, which has sparked fresh excitement from fans.
The display was held over Manchester’s Joie Stadium on Thursday night (September 10), which is the home of Manchester City Women.
It featured the band’s logo before revealing the date September 14, 2026 (Monday) and the time 4pm BST.
Oasis tour announcement expected to come next week
The Manchester band, who reunited in 2025 for the Live ’25 tour after splitting in 2009, have recently been hinting at new tour venues on social media.
Oasis frontman Liam Gallagher and guitarist Noel Gallagher discussed their reunion in the documentary Oasis: Don’t Look Back In Anger, which was released on Wednesday (September 9).
The film, written by Peaky Blinders creator Steven Knight, is part concert film, part documentary, and follows the band on their reunion tour, which began in Cardiff in July last year.
It also features the first joint interviews with Noel and Liam in more than 20 years following their 2009 split.
Potential venues teased by the band include the Etihad Stadium, Celtic Park, and Knebworth.
The Etihad is notably the home of Manchester City, which both the Gallagher brothers support.
Meanwhile, Oasis’ rumoured gigs at Knebworth will break the record for the most times an act has played there.
The band have eight UK number one singles and eight UK number one albums.
The last Oasis tour was highly anticipated by fans as they scrambled to get tickets, which sold out quickly.
It took place in 2025 with shows across the UK, including Cardiff, Manchester, London and Edinburgh.
A total of 41 shows were played from July to November, with the brothers also performing in Mexico City, Tokyo, Melbourne and Sao Paolo.
