But who is Kathryn and what is her business plan?

Here's everything you need to know about Kathryn Burn

Kathryn, 29, set up an online pyjama store called My Christmas Pyjamas in 2018.

She expanded her brand and launched My Everyday Pyjamas, in February 2022.

She has also appeared on reality television before, starring in The Island with Bear Grylls in 2017.

Speaking in a recent interview, Kathryn said: "I know I went into the process thinking ‘I’m not here to make friends’, and I really wasn’t.

"As the process goes on, you slowly start to realise that it’s your ‘competition’ who’s there to cheer you up, give a big cuddle after a hard day and support you.

"And naturally, when you’re spending so much time with each other and in such a different environment, special bonds are going to be made."

How has she done in series 16?

In this series, she has been in the boardroom five times, on the losing team twice and won three times.

Kathryn has been projecting manager twice, putting herself forward in weeks one and six.

What is her business plan?

Kathryn is hoping to win a £250k investment from Lord Sugar.

She will use the investment to expand her pyjama business further, which already has nearly 3,000 followers on Instagram.

The Apprentice airs on BBC One at 9pm on Thursdays.
