New Dragon Steven Bartlett has revealed the 'red flag' that will stop him from investing in a pitch on Dragons' Den.

The Social Chain CEO regularly live-tweets the hit BBC show after joining the Dragons for series 19.

Mr Bartlett followed along with fans as they tuned in to Thursday night's episode.

The multi-millionaire watched the show's second pitch which featured the company Green Bell packaging which hoped to secure an investor for their plant-based bags.

Unfortunately, the Liverpool-based company failed to impress the Dragons and they left without any money.

Initially, the investors were excited by the prospect and recognised how it could revolutionize the industry.

However, when Mr Bartlett quizzed the entrepreneurs about their company, he was less than satisfied with their answers.

On Twitter, he reacted to the episode: "Not answering direct questions #dragonsden," paired with three red flags.

As the duo left the Den, Steven turned to the rest of the Dragons, saying: "Their proposition disintegrated like their bags".

Viewers agreed with the new Dragon with many sharing their thoughts on the social media app.

One user wrote:"Answer all the questions, when in the den!"

While another said:"It's either due to not have the information or knowing the information would be the wrong answer. either way no investment"

While a third responded:"Just going round and round in circles unfortunately".

Dragons' Den airs at 8 pm on Thursdays on BBC One.
