An Ilminster podcast has been named Wellness Podcast of the Year by the South West England Prestige Awards for 2024/25.
TALK4, produced by Louis Skupien, was recognised for its excellence by a panel of industry experts.
The judges assessed each nominee based on submitted material, public testimonials, listener reviews, and impact across digital platforms.
The results will be published in a special edition of Prestige Magazine, which has more than 100,000 UK-wide readers.
The podcast has hosted more than 150 episodes featuring global leaders and high performers from the military, aviation, business, health, and elite leadership sectors.
The show has featured several notable guests, including Gen Tom Bussiere, commander of Air Force Global Strike Command, who discussed America’s nuclear triad, leading under pressure, and global deterrence strategy.
Brig Gen Douglas 'Beaker' Wickert, commander of the 412th Test Wing at Edwards AFB, shared insights about cutting-edge flight testing, AI integration in tactical jets, and sixth-generation fighters like the F-47 and B-21 Raider.
Col Nathan 'Sheik' Malafa, commander of the US Air Force Thunderbirds, dissected the discipline behind elite formation flying and leading America’s most iconic demonstration team.
NASA astronaut and shuttle pilot Susan Kilrain is set to feature in an upcoming episode, sharing her experiences of space travel, astronaut training, and life as one of the few women to pilot the Space Shuttle.
