A TEENAGER was punched to the ground and kicked by two men in an attack in Crewkerne.
The male victim sustained bruising and minor injuries and is said to be recovering.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the pre-Christmas attack in Market Square.
They want to speak to anyone who saw the assault on Saturday, December 18, at around 10.15pm or has information that could assist the police investigation.
An Avon and Somerset Police spokesperson said: "Officers are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
"Police believe this was an isolated incident.
"If you saw anything or hold dashcam or CCTV footage of the incident, please contact police on 101 quoting reference 5222004496."
