Families in Chard are being invited to take part in free Easter holiday cooking and lunch sessions designed to help parents and children cook, eat, and learn together.
The sessions are being offered by Project Food in partnership with Abri Homes and the Good Grub Club.
They will take place at St Mary’s Centre on Holyrood Street on Wednesday, April 15, and Friday, April 17.
Kerry Morgan from Project Food said: "We're really excited to be back in Chard for the Easter holidays.
"These sessions give families a chance to cook, eat and learn together in a relaxed, supportive environment."
Running from 10.30am to 1pm, the sessions are designed to support families during the school holidays, offering a hands-on cooking experience where parents and children can prepare food together, learn new skills, and enjoy a healthy lunch.
All ingredients and equipment will be provided.
While all families are welcome to attend, subject to availability, priority will be given to Abri Homes tenants and low-income families in Chard.
Parents and carers must attend with their children, and places can be booked by emailing info@project-food.org.uk or by calling 01297 631782.
