A free outdoor performance of Shed-ache is coming to Chard this month.
The "delightfully silly" show, presented by aKa Dance Theatre, will take place on Saturday, May 24, from 11am until noon at Great Mead, near Holyrood Academy.
Chard Community Hub and Take Art, the organisers, promise a blend of dance, theatre, and storytelling that explores themes of nature, wildlife, and growth.
The show is suitable for all ages.
Mark Helyar, director of theatre at Take Art, said: "We’re delighted to be welcoming back Shed-ache to Chard later this month.
"It’s a seriously silly show with themes around nature, wildlife, and growing that chime with the Great Mead pilot project.
"Many families really enjoyed it last year and asked for more – so do come and join us."
Attendees are encouraged to bring a picnic for after the show, providing a chance to relax and connect with the community.
This year's performance will introduce new ideas and props, along with some "big energy."
To add to the experience, Tesco's Nicky and the community team have donated free snacks for the show, ensuring families can enjoy the experience without any extra cost.
