OVER recent weeks the poor weather and waterlogged pitches has really affected both Chard Town and Ilminster Town.
The two sides from South Somerset have been unable to play the majority of their games in November due to the weather.
Just at the weekend gone, Ilminster's cup game against Mendip Broadwalk was postponed and Chard's match against Chilcompton Sports in the same competition was missed.
In terms of league football, Chard Town haven't played a league match since October 10, and the Robins have played only twice since that game.
And for the Blues, their last league match was on October 28. Ilminster have played just three matches since the start of October.
When you look at the league, two sides have played just eight games this season, Chard Town and Ilminster Town, while the rest all have over ten games played at least.
Currently Chard sit in 11th place in the Uhlsport Somerset Premier Division, while Ilminster are 13th.
Up next, Ilminster return to league action when they take on Keynsham Town Reserves on Saturday, November 25. Weather permitting of course.
Chard Town host Somerton Town on the same day. Both games kick off at 2pm.
