A TEMPORARY closure will affect a road in Ilton for 12 days.
Isle Abbotts Road, in Ilton, near Ilminster, will be closed to allow Openreach to carry out works.
An update shared by Ilminster Town Council on its website said: “The works are expected to commence on [Monday] November 28 and last for 12 days [until December 9] to enable Openreach to carry out HV Pole works.
“The contractor has indicated that access for emergency services through the site is not permitted on this occasion.
“For any further information about this closure please contact Chevron Traffic Management on 0845 1230 111, quoting reference: ttro025917SS.
“Please note that should you require to view a closure that is more than two weeks ahead, you will need to register for free with www.One.Network.”
