The flower show in Chard celebrated the Jubilee and raised funds for two good causes
A FLOWER festival has raised funds for two good causes in Chard.
Last weekend groups in Chard came together at St Marys’s Church to create fabulous displays, some dedicated to the Queens Platinum Jubilee.
As well as raising funds for the church, they also supported the charity Barnardos. A total of £650 was raised which will be split between St Marys and Barnardos.
