Taunton Magistrates' Courts in St John's Road, Taunton
AN elderly man has pleaded guilty to assaulting a woman and occasioning her actual bodily harm.
Paul Leslie White, 74, of Bakerfield, Winsham, admitted the offence when he appeared in Taunton Magistrates' Court.
He had previously denied the offence which occurred in Minehead between February 23 and 24 this year.
He was granted conditional bail and ordered to appear at the court on July 1, by which time a pre-sentence report will have been prepared.
