A POPULAR beer festival in Tatworth returned for its ninth annual event on Good Friday and Easter Saturday, featuring a range of Somerset ales, a cider, and live entertainment.
Over 100 people enjoyed eight Somerset-produced ales, one local cider, and a sold-out barbecue at Tatworth Playing Fields.
On Friday, they were entertained by Nick Fowler's vinyl night, and there was live music from indie-folk artist Elijah Wolf on Saturday evening.
Tatworth Beer Festival is organised by the Tatworth Playing Fields committee and a group of volunteers.
A spokesperson for the committee said the event was "well-supported by the village community" and added: "We would like to thank all of the Tatworth Playing Fields committee and our band of volunteers for making this event such a success."
Tatworth Playing Fields is a registered charity owned by the village and operated on a voluntary basis by the management committee.
Since the management committee took control of the playing fields in 1973, tennis courts, a children's play area, and a safe route to the school have been added.
One of the tennis courts was later adapted into a MUGA sports surface.
The committee does not receive council funding and is a self-financed charity.
The next Tatworth Playing Fields annual general meeting (AGM) will take place in June.
