ABOUT 70 people attend St John’s Church, Tatworth, this evening (Sunday, December 5) to sing carols and Christmas songs at the festive lights switch on.
Inside, the windows had been decorated with smaller trees by organisations and families of Tatworth and South Chard.
The free tree festival will be open until Christmas from 10am to 4pm every day and anyone is welcome to visit.
Tatworth’s Christingle will this year be held during the Wild Church meeting on Saturday, December 11 at 3pm. Children of all ages are welcome.
