A CHARITY will be running three more of its popular ‘Make and Munch’ sessions for parents and pre-school children in Chard this summer.
Health and Food for Local Families (HALFF) will be running sessions at Crowshute House on Thursday, May 26, Thursday, June 23, and Thursday, July 14.
At Make and Munch events parents and young children learn how to prepare and cook simple, appealing, healthy family meals with the help of professional cooks.
At the end of the session, everyone sits around the table and eats what they have prepared together.
Nutritionists are on hand to offer healthy eating advice and the sessions are designed to be fun and sociable, with plenty of other activities available to keep the children fully occupied.
