THREE men appeared in court today charged with murder following the discovery of a body in Ash, near Yeovil.
The body of Glynn Rowlands was found in Witcombe Lane on Friday morning.
Peter Mahoney, 41, and his son Daryl Mahoney, 18, both of Little Sammons, Chilthorne Domer, and David Rose, 26, of Lyde Road, Yeovil, appeared at Yeovil Magistrates Court charged with conspiracy to murder with others.
The case was sent to Bristol Crown Court, where a preliminary hearing will be held on December 18.
The trio have been remanded in custody.
