A Somerset podcast host has received a rare gift from the US Air Force Thunderbirds.
Louis Skupien, host of the Talk4 Podcast, was sent a framed, signed commemorative print from the Thunderbirds, who are renowned as one of the most prestigious military demonstration teams globally.
The print, which was sent from the United States, was inscribed with the message: "To Louis Skupien, Celebrating Episode 150!"
This gesture was made following Episode 150 of the Talk4 Podcast, which featured an interview with the Thunderbirds' Commander and leader, Col Nathan "Sheik" Malafa.
In the episode, Mr Skupien delved into Col Malafa's journey from childhood to becoming a leader of one of the most elite aviation teams in the world.
The conversation touched on leadership, risk management, inspiring future aviators, and the personal challenges faced by those constantly on the move.
