ONE person has been taken to hospital after a collision involving two cars on the A37.
The two-vehicle collision took place this morning (Monday, December 4) at around 6.30am on the A37, Ilchester Road.
A police spokesperson said one person was taken to hospital and has now been discharged to recover at home.
The Avon and Somerset Police spokesperson also said: "We were called at around 6.30am today (Monday 4 December) to Ilchester Road, in Chilthorne Domer, following a report of a two-vehicle collision.
"One person was taken to hospital by ambulance but has now been discharged to recover at home.
"The road was closed while the two cars were recovered.”
