CHARD School pupils put on a 'purrfect' performance today (Wednesday).
Budding thespians from years 5 and 6 acted in Disney's Aristocats for their end of term production.
Chard Mayor Martin Wale joined parents and schoolchildren in the audience, while pupils from years 3 and 4 provided back-up vocals.
Head teacher John Stotesbury said it was the most difficult play the school has attempted in their newly refurbished chapel and thanked everyone involved.
