The ground floor shop at 13 St James Street in South Petherton has a guide price of of £110,000 to £120,000 .
Clive Emson Auctioneers will be holding the auction from November 1, with it ending on November 3.

The property is let until January 2025, with a rent of £14,650 per year.
It is being auctioned jointly with Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP of Bristol.
